Job Description / Responsibility

Role Summary:
Responsible for planning and executing the migration of data from FFC to Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance. Collaborate with IT and business teams to support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze FFC data structures and define migration requirements.
Map source fields to Salesforce objects.
Cleanse, validate, and ensure data quality before migration.
Execute migration using ETL tools/Salesforce Data Loader.
Conduct testing and document migration processes.
Collaborate with IT, developers, and business users for a smooth transition.
Provide post-migration support and training.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (e.g., BSc in Computer Science or equivalent)

Additional Job Requirements

Additional requirement:
Experience in data migration projects, preferably Salesforce.
Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Loader, APIs, and integration tools.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Large-scale data migration experience.
Knowledge of cloud platforms
Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.
Performance Indicators:
Accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
Timely delivery of migration milestones.
Minimal disruption to operations.
Positive stakeholder feedback.
