Job Description / Responsibility

About the Role: Technology Aid Ltd. is looking for dynamic, motivated, and English-proficient individuals to join our team as Vendor Managers. We welcome both freshers seeking to start their careers and experienced professionals looking to advance in a fast-paced international work environment.
The role involves managing vendor relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication aligned with U.S. business culture and expectations.
Job Nature: Night Shift (On-Site)
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate professionally with vendors through calls, emails, and chat platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and business partners.
• Coordinate effectively between vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication across all channels.
• Monitor vendor performance and proactively resolve issues.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage vendors (for experienced candidates).
• Maintain service quality and compliance with company standards.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
• O Level and A Level graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome.
