Team Leader - Data Center

Job Description / Responsibility

Lead the Operational Team.
Ensure 24/7 availability of data center services and facilities.
Monitor power, cooling, generators, UPS, AFFS system, and security systems.
Maintain effective bridge communication with teammates and customers.
Lead incident management and outage response activities.
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and HSS as per guide line.
Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
Ensure timely RMS of generators, HVAC systems, UPS, batteries, Hydrant, Sub Station and electrical equipment.
Review maintenance reports and track equipment health.
Manage and supervise data center engineers, Vendors, and support staff.
Allocate resources and assign responsibilities.
Initiate cost minimization efforts.
Monitor power utilization, cooling efficiency, and PUE.
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs).
Control maintenance budgets and operational expenses.
Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with contractual requirements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Maintain KPIs as required by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Experience Requirements

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Telecommunication
