Job Description / Responsibility
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our HR team as a Senior Executive – Human Resources. This role is ideal for individuals with 2–3 years of experience who are ready to take ownership of key HR functions and contribute to strategic initiatives. The selected candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, performance tracking, and HR operations while collaborating closely with leadership.

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and support final selection processes.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
- Employee Engagement & Communication
- Assist in designing and executing employee engagement programs.
- Coordinate employee recognition and wellness initiatives.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMIS data.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Learning & Development
- Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and follow-up actions
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Training Institutes
