Job Description / Responsibility

Plan, manage, and execute all company events, roadshows, and BTL activation nationwide.
Align and coordinate with external advertising and event agencies to ensure successful event execution.
Arrange and manage dealer opening ceremonies and localized promotional activities to drive engagement.
Design, schedule, and run test drive activation campaigns for potential customers
Supervise the production, quality control, and execution of all promotional materials (POSM).
Provide Comprehensive outdoor promotional support and manage related media communications.
Develop and implement strategies to build and nurture an active community of brand enthusiasts.
Organize and execute community-focused events (e.g., rider meetups) to foster brand loyalty.
Prepare detailed budgets for all events and BTL campaigns, ensuring execution stays within budget.
Track event performance and provide post-event reports detailing reach and actionable insights.
Coordinate activities, schedules, and logistics for brand-affiliated training schools or safe riding clinics.
Any other digital marketing tasks/event-execution task instructed by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
