Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for smart, confident, and professionally presentable female candidates to join our team as a Assistant Manager - Elite Clients Hostage for our exclusive Experience Center located in Banani.
The selected candidate will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and visitors and will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. If you carry yourself with grace, communicate with confidence, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome and assist all visitors to the Experience Center, ensuring a memorable first impression
Provide accurate and engaging information about our interior design services and showroom offerings
Escort visitors through the experience center and guide them through design displays
Coordinate seamlessly with the interior design and sales teams for smooth client handovers
Coordinate sales meeting and close sales.
Maintain a tidy, professional, and welcoming front area at all times
Handle all inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with the highest level of professionalism
Maintain visitor records and prepare daily footfall reports for management

Educational Requirements

Minimum Bachelor`s Degree from a recognized institution
B.B.A / M.B.A Will be getting preference

Experience Requirements

6 to 8 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Female
Experience in the 5 Star hotel customer relations, Air Hostage service, Interior Design, Real Estate or Hospitality Service Industry will be considered an added advantage.
Requirements:
Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience in luxury Customer Client engagement, Hospitality, or a similar elite customer-facing role.
Smart, well-groomed, presentable and professionally dressed
Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
Confident, polite, and well-behaved personality
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Presentable appearance with a professional attitude
Minimum height requirement: 5 feet 2 inches
