Job Description / Responsibility
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Politely approach customers and visitors to request feedback.
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company’s new products, services and policies.
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service.
  • Conduct brief customer satisfaction surveys and review collection activities.
  • Encourage customers to share honest opinions about their experience.
  • Ensure all collected information is complete and properly documented.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Submit daily feedback reports to the Head of Department.
  • Follow company guidelines regarding customer interaction and data privacy.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM or company database.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive company image.
  • Follow company policies regarding customer communication, confidentiality, and data privacy.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager or management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s/Honors degree in any discipline with a strong academic background.
Experience Requirements
  • At most 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Real Estate, Resort

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and tactfully.
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet assigned targets.
  • Ability to work on a Roster Duty.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Number of customer reviews and feedback collected.
  • Quality and completeness of customer feedback records.
  • Customer engagement and professionalism.
  • Accuracy of data collection and documentation.
  • Timely submission of daily and monthly reports.
