Job Description / Responsibility

What you will learn in this Internship Program:
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
Assist customers by providing accurate information about products and services over phone, email & social media.
Record customer complaints and forward them to the relevant department.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain customer records and prepare weekly reports.
Properly use CRM and relevant softwares.
Support the Customer Care team with administrative tasks.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
