Job Description / Responsibility
  • Responsibilities & Context
  • We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-friendly Female Customer Care Executive who can handle customer communication, support activities, follow-ups, and client relationship management efficiently. The candidate will work closely with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth communication, proper service coordination, and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, professional behavior, patience, and the ability to manage customer interactions in a positive and solution-oriented manner.
  • 𝐑𝐞𝐎ðĐðĻ𝐧𝐎ðĒ𝐛ðĒðĨðĒ𝐭ðĒ𝐞𝐎:
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and support requests through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and online communication platforms.
  • Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients and customers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution and service support.
  • Follow up with clients regarding service updates, support status, payments, and project communication.
  • Maintain customer records, communication history, and support reports.
  • Ensure timely customer response and high-quality service experience.
  • Support onboarding communication and customer guidance activities when required.
  • Monitor support requests and escalate technical issues to the concerned department.
  • Build and maintain positive long-term customer relationships.
  • Assist management in improving customer service quality and communication processes.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Management, Communication, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Candidates with strong communication and customer handling skills will get preference.
  • Training in Customer Service, CRM, Communication, or Call Center Operations will be considered an advantage.

  • 3 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup, IT Enabled Service, Software Company

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 23 to 30 years
  • Only Female
  • Experience (3–6 Years)
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Client Communication, or CRM Management.
  • Experience working in IT companies, software companies, e-commerce, digital agencies, or corporate customer service environments will get priority.
  • Experience handling customer complaints, support queries, follow-ups, and relationship management professionally.
  • Experience using CRM software, WhatsApp Business, Email Communication, and support management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and maintain service quality under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Smart, professional, polite, and customer-focused personality.
  • Strong problem-solving and client handling ability.
  • Good telephone communication and email writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
  • Basic understanding of software, ERP systems, websites, mobile apps, or digital services will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online communication tools.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude with strong teamwork capability.
