Job Description / Responsibility

English-speaking candidates will be given higher preference. If a candidate has studied in an English-medium institution, we are more likely to onboard them to our team, as the role requires continuous English communication with UK-based merchants.
Collect and manage leads from online sources.
Contact merchants by telephone and introduce our products and services.
Explain the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
Understand merchants` business needs and requirements.
Provide information and support to help merchants choose suitable services.
