Job Description / Responsibility

Location: Darus Salam, Mirpur, Dhaka
Job Overview
Handle customer communication and support activities for Digital Marketing and E-commerce operations.
Maintain professional communication with clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Follow up on leads and customer requests.
Update and maintain customer records, reports, and CRM data.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information about products and services.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor/Honors
Diploma
Or equivalent.

Additional Job Requirements

Experienced candidates will receive preference.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing services.
Familiarity with Meta Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Website Services, Graphic Design, and AI-related services.
Ability to explain service offerings clearly to potential clients.
Knowledge of order processing and customer support operations.
Familiarity with parcel management and courier handling processes.
Ability to manage customer queries, delivery-related issues, and order follow-ups.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent phone communication and customer handling ability.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
Good computer literacy and internet browsing skills.
Fast typing speed in both Bengali and English.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
