Job Description / Responsibility

Contact and follow up with prospective students through phone calls.
Convert inquiries into qualified leads and schedule counseling appointments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and student information in the CRM.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the counseling and admissions teams to ensure smooth student support.
Resolve basic queries and provide accurate information about study abroad opportunities.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 23 to 28 years
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or call center operations (experience in the education industry is preferred).
