Job Description / Responsibility
- We are looking for a smart, honest, and hardworking Office Administrator to join our team.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Data entry and typing on computer
- Filing and maintaining office records
- Sending and replying to emails
- Uploading and sharing documents
- Organizing digital files and office documentation
- Assisting with daily administrative tasks
- Working Hours:
- April–October: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
- October–April: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Overseas Companies, Telecommunication, Web Media/Blog
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 22 years
- Only Male
- Good English reading, speaking and writing skills
- Good computer typing skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PDF and Email
- Able to upload and manage documents online
- Honest, responsible, punctual and willing to learn
- Previous office experience will be an advantage
- Educational qualification is important if you have good skills and experience.
