Job Description / Responsibility
- We are a leading provider of medical diagnostic solutions in Bangladesh. We are seeking a technically competent, dynamic, and result-oriented Sales & Service Engineer to manage our specialized portfolio of Laboratory Equipment, Blood Bank Solutions, Radiology Equipment & Printers, and Dialysis (Nephrology) Equipment. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business development skills to drive sales growth while ensuring excellent installation, maintenance, and after-sales service for our valued customers.
- Job Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, dialysis centers, and research laboratories, to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Technical Installation: Install, commission, configure, and validate Laboratory Analyzers, Blood Bank Equipment, Radiology Equipment & Printers, and Nephrology Equipment.
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance (PM), calibration, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of hardware and software to ensure maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
- Product Demonstration & Training: Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and hands-on training for Pathologists, Radiologists, Nephrologists, Laboratory Technologists, Biomedical Engineers, and end users.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and provide prompt, professional after-sales service and technical support.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, customer requirements, and new technologies in the Radiology, Pathology, Laboratory, Blood Bank, and Nephrology segments, and submit regular reports to management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Biomedical Engineering, Electro Medical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electronics
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment
Additional Job Requirements
- Only Male
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in the sales and servicing of medical equipment, preferably in Radiology, Pathology, and Nephrology products.
- Proven experience in sales planning, business development, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Sound decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer relationship management and after-sales service orientation.
- Good knowledge of medical equipment, product applications, and market trends.
- Self-motivated, confident, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report preparation.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Bangladesh for sales and customer support activities.
