বাংলা ও ইংরেজি উভয় ভাষায় সাবলীল ও পেশাদার কথোপকথনে পারদর্শী।
গ্রাহক সেবা, বিক্রয় ও কাউন্সেলিংয়ে পারদর্শিতা এবং যেকোনো মানুষের সাথে সহজে সুসম্পর্ক গড়ে তোলার চমৎকার ব্যক্তিগত দক্ষতা।
কম্পিউটার পরিচালনায় (MS Office, Internet & Email) দক্ষ হতে হবে।
