Job Description / Responsibility

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling and email campaigns and convert the call for the sales.
Provide accurate information to customers and address their queries.
Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, including call logs, sales summaries, and feedback on market conditions.

Educational Requirements

Diploma
Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, F-commerce

Additional Job Requirements

Only Male
Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Call Center or FMCG.
Good communication skill & Problem solving
Proven experience skill to tackle challenging situation.
Customer friendly & professional attitudes.
Bengali & English conversational skills.
CRM, Excel Data Management, Microsoft Office Suite, and GSuite proficiency.
Good typing speed.
Prior experience in call center or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
Patient, positive, and professional demeanor.
Proficiency in computers, MS Office, and CRM tools.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
