Job Description / Responsibility
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding appointments, medical services, etc.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments with healthcare providers.
- Provide accurate information about medical procedures, and pre-appointment requirements.
- Assist patients with prescription refill requests and direct medical concerns to appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with healthcare privacy regulations.
- Document call details, patient information, and follow-up actions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor.
- Handle emergency and non-emergency calls with professionalism and empathy.
Educational Requirements
Experience Requirements
- At most 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Healthcare Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 18 years
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in call center software and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and multitask efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Candidates possessing prior experience in the healthcare sector will be given preference.
