Job Description / Responsibility

Acquire new Home Loan, Car Loan, Personal Loan clients through direct marketing, referrals, and corporate tie-ups.
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of Home Loan, Car Loan, Personal Loan customers.
Achieve business targets in line with organizational goals.
Ensure smooth collection of EMIs and maintain healthy portfolio quality.
Maintain strict adherence to regulatory and internal compliance policies.
Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance and progress.
Support cross-functional teams as per management`s time-to-time assignments.

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Insurance
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 21 years
Graduation/Post-graduation from any reputed public/ private university in any discipline; having no third class/division in academic record. Finance and Banking, Marketing, Management graduates would be preferred
