Job Description / Responsibility

Assist in designing Accounts & Finance procedures and workflow systems
Check and verify purchase requisition, bills, vouchers and accounting documents
Prepare Cash Flow Statements and other financial reports
Verify salary statements, overtime, bonus, leave and final settlements.
Perform financial investigations as assigned by Management
Perform to any Govt. project wise financial duty like bill, recording, documentation, disbursement assign by management
Coordinate with overseas clients and internal departments regarding financial documentation
Maintain proper financial documentation related to recruitment processing
Assist in financial compliance with government regulations.

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting / Finance
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting

Experience Requirements

4 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Diagnostic Centre, Manpower Recruitment, Medical Equipment, Training Institutes, Travel Agent

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 50 years
Only Male

Strong English communication skills (verbal & written) & Hindi Language.
Expertise in:- Accounting Software- ERP Software- Accounts & Audit- Key Account Management
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Team coordination ability
Experience in recruitment related field will get priority
Strong Social Media Coordination & Client Communication skills
Honest, responsible and able to work under pressure
