Job Description / Responsibility
- Financial Accounting, Costing & Reporting:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting records closing processes.
- Prepare accurate and complete financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and Notes to Accounts) and monthly management accounts & Order-wise Costing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit.
- Review and analyze financial reports to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform order-wise process costing analysis for Home Textile and Textile manufacturing operations to support profitability and operational decision-making.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, fund management, banking transactions, and treasury records for the Group.

- VAT Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure accurate computation of VAT liabilities and input tax credits.
- Prepare and submit periodic VAT returns within statutory deadlines.
- Reconcile VAT accounts with books of accounts.
- Handle VAT assessments, notices, and correspondence with tax authorities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for VAT compliance and audits.

- TDS / Withholding Tax Compliance:
- Ensure correct deduction of TDS/Withholding Tax as per applicable laws.
- Prepare and file periodic TDS/Withholding Tax returns accurately and on time.
- Reconcile TDS ledger balances with returns filed.
- Issue TDS certificates to vendors and employees as required.
Educational Requirements
- Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with CA(CC)/ CMA (400 pass).
- Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Home Textile or Textile Manufacturing industries with strong knowledge of process costing, financial reporting, VAT, taxation, and treasury management
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Livestock, Amusement Park
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Sound knowledge of ERP systems, Tally and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
