Job Description / Responsibility

KORMOP CO. LTD. a 100% Export Oriented full of Foreign Investment Company is seeking a qualified & professional Accounts Officer to Join our Company.
Job Location: KORMOP CO. LTD. Address: Plot# 53/1, Ward-3, Block-C, Belma, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka. Bangladesh.
Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
Prepare payment, receipt and journal vouchers.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledger accounts.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents before processing payments.
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Support VAT, Tax, and audit-related activities.
Process payroll-related accounting entries.
Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounts / Finance / Business Administration.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Female
Sound knowledge in computer activities like MS Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail etc.
Able to communicate effectively in Bangla & English, both verbally and in writing.
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience.
The applicants should have experience in the following business area:
Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories.
Additional Requirements: Candidate will get preference who lived at Savar Area.
