Job Description / Responsibility

Outlet Reconciliation: Daily auditing and reconciliation of sales, cash, card, and mobile financial service (MFS) transactions across all 8 retail outlets.
Factory & Inventory Accounting: Tracking raw material costs, manufacturing expenses, factory payroll, and overheads. Managing inventory valuation and variance analysis.
Payroll Management: The accountant will likely handle payroll: Prepare and process payroll for factory and office employees.
Accounts Payable & Receivable: Processing vendor payments, verifying invoices against purchase orders, and managing collections.
Expense Management: Verifying and recording daily operational expenses for both the factory and outlets.
Banking & Cash Flow: Handling daily banking activities, bank reconciliations, and maintaining petty cash.
Reporting: Assisting the Finance Manager in preparing monthly profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Compliance: Ensuring proper documentation for Tax and VAT compliance regarding retail sales and factory procurement.
The Accounts Officer will play a key role in establishing and strengthening the accounting and financial reporting systems of the company.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Accounting
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
Professional course enrollments (CAM/ACCA/CA CC) will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, Garments, Retail Store

Additional Job Requirements

Only Male
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or proprietary ERP systems).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial formulas).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively between factory management and retail teams.
