Job Description / Responsibility
- Finance & Accounts is one of the key processes for the organization. The job holder is therefore expected to provide the necessary support to the function by providing the right analysis. He/she also works closely with the Agora Finance Team as and when necessary.
- Preparing Financial Reports
- Assist in preparing the company expansion plan.
- Assist in preparing and arranging Financial Data for Agora Finance Team.
- Provide support in preparing MIS Report.
- All SAP tasks as per Authorized T-Codes and Scheduled Timeline.
- Assist in supporting all kinds of Financial Analysis.
- Maintain liaisons with Banks and other Financial Institutions.
- Assist the external statutory auditors
- Assisting in financial planning and budgeting
- Assist in preparing Board Pack
- Conduct Credit Rating Process
- Assist in preparing FDI Report to submit to BB
- Physical Inventory Adjustment Entries in SAP System.
- Create, edit, and delete vendor code in SAP
- Processing Outward Remittances regarding Software Support Fees.
- Compliance with the QMS policies
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
