Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context: We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting in-depth market research, analyzing financial data, and supporting strategic advisory projects. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about finance, economics, and strategy.
- Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to support client advisory projects.
- Analyze financial statements, economic trends, and business models.
- Assist in the preparation of research reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic insights and recommendations.
- Monitor local and global financial markets to identify opportunities and risks.
- Support the team in client engagements and project management activities.
- Cultivate a culture of persistence and creativity within the team, encouraging innovative thinking and a results-driven mindset.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the company time to time.

Additional Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 30 years
- 1-2 years of experience in research / financial analysis / consultancy.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional academic records are encouraged to apply.
- Additional Requirement
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative and persistent approach to overcoming challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and the ability to interpret.
- Must have advance knowledge in Computer & strong command on MS office, detail knowledge about all digital platforms and technology.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
- Knowledge of financial modeling, market research methodologies, and data analysis tools is a plus.
