Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to lead client acquisition, nurture relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze & technically explain Fire Safety Related products like Fire Detection, Protection & Hydrant system to existing & new customers for generating enquiry from RMG & Corporate Clients.
Plotting & planning for regular sales of LED Light, Lighting Protection System, and Earthing System from all kind of customers.
Ability to maintain existing customers & create new customers for Electrical & Fire Consultancy related works.
Ability to achieve fixed sales target.
Writing reports, promoting brands and following the instructions of line manager
Direct the team`s focus and motivate sales team.
Site visit, negotiating with clients.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Graduation in Any Discipline (Marketing is preferable).
MBA would get an advantage.

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

Additional Job Requirements

Only Male
A minimum commitment of 2 years is required.
Two or more years of proven experience in business development or sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
