Job Description / Responsibility

A renowned 100 % export based Garments Accessories manufacturing company is looking for potential candidate as Assistant Manager (Electrical) for performing Electro-Mechanical & Utility related job activities at Gazipur, Factory Office.
Job Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and maintain all production and utility machinery & Electro-mechanical issues.
Ensure maximum machine uptime through preventive and predictive maintenance.
Monitor electrical distribution systems, substations, and power consumption.
Supervise operation and maintenance of generators, boilers, compressors, and HVAC systems.
Lead root cause analysis for electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and factory regulations.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
Train and guide technicians and maintenance personnel.
Support factory expansion, installation, and commissioning projects.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Professional certifications in electrical safety, industrial automation, or power systems will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Only Male
Should have experience to deal with Auto Carton, Poly, Woven Label, Offset Printing and Narrow Fabric related machines utility & maintenance issues.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent knowledge of industrial electrical systems.
Leadership and team management capability.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance documentation.
