Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context: We are a 100% export oriented Garments Manufacturer, looking for experienced and highly professional persons for the post of "Consultant- Industrial Engineering". The incumbent must be energetic & possess an enthusiastic personality with self-driven competency for taking challenges of leading a highly motivated W/S team.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all over IE & W/S activities in all departments through team work.
Ensure various system implementations to minimize the cost and increase the efficiency of the factory.
Monitor the productivity and efficiency report.
Productivity analysis - person should know analyzing the labor productivity of the factory and sewing lines. Estimating line capacity for all new development styles based on garment sketch or samples.
Analyze all product costs and assist to reduce all negative variance on same and prepare strategies to reduce labor and wastage in all production activities.
Overall ready to take challenge of enhancing productivity and efficiency in the factory.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (Pass) in Industrial Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production

Experience Requirements

2 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
