Job Description / Responsibility

Maintain records of raw materials, production costs, and other financial data using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare and maintain garment order pre-cost sheets, ensuring the accuracy of all cost components.
Record costing, budgeting, and financial transactions accurately and timely in Tally ERP.
Reconcile costing information with Commercial, Merchandising, Store, and Production departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of costing sheets, purchase records, vouchers, and other financial documents.
Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, financial reporting, and other accounting activities assigned by management.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and organizational policies.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
CMA (Partly Qualified) will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Garments, Textile, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Garments Accessories, Washing Factory

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 26 years
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Tally ERP.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of accounting principles, costing, and budgeting.
Strong analytical ability with attention to detail.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
