Technical Manager (Garments)

Job Description / Responsibility

Lead and manage all technical activities related to garment production.
Develop and approve garment patterns using CAD systems.
Analyze and optimize fabric consumption to minimize wastage.
Develop, improve, and standardize sewing processes.
Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Coordinate with Product Development, IE, Production, and Merchandising teams.
Provide technical guidance and training to the production and technical teams.
Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Postgraduate Degree from a recognized university.
Additional professional qualifications in Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or Industrial Engineering will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
Pattern Development
CAD System
Fabric Consumption
Sewing Process Development
Process Optimization
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Manager in the garments industry.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and team management capabilities.
