Job Description / Responsibility

A leading and well-established export-oriented garments manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Welfare Officer for its factory located in Hemayetpur, Savar, Dhaka. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in employee welfare, industrial relations, and labor law compliance within the RMG industry.
Ensure effective employee welfare activities and maintain a healthy working environment.
Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution.
Maintain positive industrial relations between workers and management.
Ensure compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act and company policies.
Conduct employee counseling, awareness programs, and welfare initiatives.
Coordinate with HR, Compliance, and other departments on welfare-related matters.
Maintain welfare records, reports, and required documentation.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Master's degree will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile, Washing Factory

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 27 years
Only Female
Good knowledge of the Bangladesh Labour Act and labor compliance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle employee issues professionally.
Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude, integrity, and problem-solving skills.
