Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, healthcare institutions, and individual healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Promote and sell medical equipment and consumables to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular visits and follow-ups.
Achieve assigned sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare quotations, coordinate order processing, and provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age 22 to 35 years
Experience in Sales and Marketing will be preferred.
Prior experience in a medical equipment supplier company will be given preference.
Fresh graduates with strong communication and learning abilities are also encouraged to apply.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Consultative sales and relationship-building ability
Client relationship management (Hospitals, Clinics & Diagnostic Centers)
Sales target achievement and business development
Client retention, upselling, and cross-selling
Ability to conduct product demonstrations and presentations
Strong follow-up and customer service skills
Motorcycle riding skills with a valid driving license
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits
Self-motivated, smart, and persuasive
