Assistant Manager - Marketing

Job Description / Responsibility

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Visiting Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and specialist doctors to communicate scientific messages.
Conduct training sessions for field colleagues to ensure scientific accuracy during doctor visits.
Plan, organize, and execute Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, scientific seminars, workshops.
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and market development plans for management review.
Coordinate with renowned physicians and scientific experts to conduct educational programs.
Develop scientific presentations, promotional materials, brochures, visual aids, and educational content.
Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and ethical marketing practices.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) in Medicine, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Marketing

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with healthcare professionals.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and scientific promotion.
Ability to organize and manage professional medical events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong planning, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good command of English and Bengali, both written and spoken.
