Job Description / Responsibility
- Comfortable attending and managing live sessions, video shoots and content productions.
- Ability to coordinate with designers, photographers and videographers.
- Generate creative marketing and promotional ideas for both brands on a regular basis.
- Research and analyze competitor activities, campaigns, and market trends and recommend improved strategies.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns based on management direction.
- Coordinate decoration, branding materials, displays, and campaign execution during special occasions.
- Provide additional support during peak business periods such as Eid campaigns and major promotional events.
- Assist management in planning and executing special launches, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Communicate with relevant team members, photographers, videographers, designers, and presenters to ensure smooth content execution.
- Plan product selections and content flow for Facebook Lives, reels, and promotional shoots.
- Remain present during live sessions, video shoots, and campaign productions to ensure proper execution.
- Assist in directing content according to brand standards and management expectations.
- Occasionally participate as a presenter in live sessions, videos, or promotional content when necessary.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- BBA / MBA (Running/Completed) or an equivalent degree from any reputed university.
- Candidates with a degree/major in Film and Media, Marketing, Management, or Business Studies will be given high preference.
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Must be smart, elegant, and well-groomed with a highly attractive personality.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or retail brands will receive preference.
- Professional corporate dress-up, positive attitude, and corporate etiquette are essential.
- Clear and standard pronunciation in Bengali, along with fundamental communication skills in English, is mandatory.
- Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Represent the brand positively in various corporate and digital frameworks.
- Experience
- Prior experience in Banking, Media, Lifestyle product, Advertising Agency, Telecommunications, Insurance, or Corporate Sales will be highly valued.
- Freshers possessing strong confidence, an outstanding personality, and exceptional presentation skills are also highly encouraged to apply.
