Job Description / Responsibility

Impel Service & Solutions Limited (ISSL), one of Bangladesh`s leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies, is looking for dynamic, energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Contact Center Team serving clients in the USA, India, Philippines, Turkey South Africa and Australia.
If you have strong English communication skills, enjoy interacting with people and are comfortable working both day and night shifts, we encourage you to apply. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls for appointment scheduling and customer assistance.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally via email.
Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details.
Deliver excellent customer service while following process guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
No sales target.

Educational Requirements

HSC in A-Level or equivalent.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 19 to 28 years
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is preferred.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work in permanent day and night shifts.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good computer literacy and email handling skills.
Candidates with an American, British or Australian accent will receive preference.
