Job Description / Responsibility
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets by acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular meetings, presentations, negotiations, and effective account management.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking, and prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery, including work orders, service activation, bandwidth modifications, and resolution of client service requests.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate the execution of client agreements, contracts, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), ensuring timely completion of all documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client accounts, sales activities, service requests, and sales reports while providing regular business updates and market insights to management.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Computer Science (CSE) from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements
  • 4 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, Telecommunication

Additional Job Requirements
  • Reporting & Follow-up: Maintain sales reports and ensure timely client follow-up.
  • Discontinuation/Downgrade Prevention: Retain clients and minimize service downgrades.
  • Agreement & Contract Signing: Coordinate contract preparation and execution.
