Job Description / Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve HVAC/VRF business targets and revenue growth.
Lead and manage the HVAC/VRF Sales team, ensuring effective performance and target achievement.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales deals.
Coordinate with the Engineering, Design, and Project Execution teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual requirements.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and business development initiatives to strengthen the RISL brand.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

9 to 12 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): HVAC System
