- Job Context
- We are looking for a creative, energetic, and self-motivated Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Executive to join our travel agency in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's digital presence, creating attractive marketing materials, and promoting travel-related products and services through various online platforms. Candidates with a strong background in graphic design and digital marketing will be given preference.
- Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging graphics, banners, flyers, brochures, posters, and promotional materials for online and offline marketing.
- Design travel packages, tour advertisements, and promotional campaigns using computer-aided design software.
- Edit photos, videos, and other multimedia content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize website content and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital marketing tools and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to develop effective promotional campaigns.
- Ensure all marketing materials maintain the company's brand identity and professional standards.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and travel industry developments.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Candidates with professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Graphic Design will have an added advantage.
Experience Requirements

- Age At least 25 years
- Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and graphic design.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, airline, or hospitality industry will be preferred.
- Additional Requirements
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, and other computer-aided design (CAD) or graphic design software.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and content-writing skills in both English and Bangla.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
