Job Description / Responsibility
- Communicate with prospective students and clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Provide professional counseling regarding Japanese Language Courses, Student & Job Visa Services, and other company services.
- Generate, manage, and maintain sales leads through regular follow-up.
- Conduct long-term client follow-up and relationship management to maximize conversion.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Handle customer objections, complaints, and queries professionally.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer databases using Google Sheets or CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, educational seminars, and marketing events.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
- Perform any other sales and marketing-related duties assigned by management.
- Patient & Consistent Follow-up:
- Maintain systematic weekly follow-ups with every lead for several months, similar to professional real estate client handling.
- Objection Handling & Conversion:
- Professionally handle client objections, rejection, and complaints while successfully converting them into office visits and final admissions/enrollments.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate daily work reports and detailed client follow-up records using Google Sheets or CRM Software.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Final-year students may also apply if they can ensure full-time commitment.
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Building & Construction Materials, Coaching Center, Consulting Firms, Interior Design, Property Management & Preservation Services, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup

Additional Job Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in any of the following fields:
- Real Estate Sales
- Property/Developer Company Sales
- Premium Telemarketing
- High-Value Client Relationship Management
- Freshers Policy:
- Fresh graduates are strongly discouraged from applying. We are looking for candidates who already have practical experience in sales.
- Core Competencies:
- Exceptional Emotional Intelligence (EQ) to professionally handle angry, difficult, or demanding clients.
- Strong determination to continue following up even after a client initially says "No."
- The patience and persistence to consistently follow a single client for 6 months to 1 year, if necessary.

- Initially, your responsibilities will begin in our Education Wing. However, based on outstanding performance, you will have exclusive opportunities for career growth and promotion in our expanding business sectors, including Government Construction & Supply Projects, as well as our upcoming Software Development, Export-Import, and E-commerce Wings.
- Important Notice
- Currently, our official operations are being conducted from our Mirpur Mazar Road (Buddhijibi Main Gate) office.
- However, from 1 August 2026, all operations will be relocated to our brand-new, spacious corporate office located in Kazipara, Mirpur, Dhaka.
