Job Description / Responsibility

Responsibilities & Context
ACI Motors Limited, a subsidiary of ACI PLC, is expanding its portfolio by entering the Lift & Elevator Business, offering reliable, safe, and innovative vertical transportation solutions for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects across Bangladesh. As part of this strategic expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to establish and grow this new business by developing strategic partnerships, acquiring new customers, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Meet builders, architects, consultants, and developers
• Promote elevator products and maintenance services
• Prepare quotations and proposals
• Conduct product presentations and negotiations
• Follow up on leads and close sales deals
• Maintain customer relationships for repeat business
• Coordinate with technical and installation teams
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

Educational Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

Experience Requirements

6 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Group of Companies
