Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic QA Manager / Senior Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function for our Woven Tops & Shirts unit. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring product quality, meeting buyer requirements, and driving continuous quality improvement across the production process.
Lead the overall Quality Assurance activities for Woven Tops & Shirts.
Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, AQL, and factory SOPs.
Monitor inline, end-line, and final inspections to achieve Right First Time (RFT).
Analyze quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Technical, and IE teams to ensure quality and on-time shipment.
Lead buyer audits and resolve quality-related concerns.
Develop and mentor the QA team to achieve operational excellence.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. in Textile Engineering/Apparel Manufacturing or a related discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 35 years
Strong knowledge of garment construction, AQL, quality systems, and buyer compliance standards.
Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
