Job Description / Responsibility

Analysing the market to identify growth opportunities, and developing and implementing sales, marketing, and financial strategies. Create new Dealers for sales development.
Guiding, training, and providing development opportunities for sales team members.
Work with existing customers to ensure a continued high level of service is provided.
Ensures Customer Relationship Management process is applied to Customers within assigned territory.
Build up and maintain contacts.
Prepare and calculate offers.
Ensure a perfect transition to the Sales Support and/or Service teams.
Schedule and conduct formal sales activities, including capabilities-based presentations.
Achieve the company sales and profit objectives within assigned territory and product portfolio.
To co-ordinate sales and implement marketing policies and functions as directed.
Maintaining a working communication and relationship with the dealer network and finding the new opportunities.
Work Promptly in order to Increase the sales & achieve the Monthly Target.
Ready to work any where in Bangladesh.
Must Have Own Bike & Driving License.

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
