Site Supervisor

Job Description / Responsibility

Supervise daily site activities related to PHC Pile and Concrete Sheet Pile installation.
Ensure piling works are executed according to approved drawings, engineering specifications, and project schedules.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Coordinate manpower, machinery, and materials to achieve project objectives.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Ensure all piling activities comply with company quality standards and project specifications.
Act as the primary site representative for day-to-day communication with clients and consultants.
Address client concerns and provide timely project updates.
Escalate major issues to management with recommended solutions.
Coordinate equipment mobilization, maintenance, and utilization.
Ensure workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil Engineering from any Government Polytechnic Institute

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 22 years
Experience in PHC Pile, Concrete Sheet Pile, Foundation Works, Pile Driving, or Heavy Civil Construction is highly preferred.
