Job Context
Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is looking for smart, energetic, and customer-focused candidates for the position of Asst. Executive – Branch Sales. The selected candidates will represent the branch as the front-line sales and consultation expert, ensuring excellent customer service while driving branch sales growth through professional product and treatment communication.
Job Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch sales growth.
Provide professional consultation regarding skincare products and aesthetic treatment services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and treatments for optimal results.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
Promote company campaigns, seasonal offers, and new product launches effectively.
Maintain branch presentation, discipline, and a professional clinical environment.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Prepare and maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with branch management regarding daily operational activities.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 18 years
Smart, presentable, and professional personality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing ability with a target-oriented mindset.
Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Office, will be an advantage.
