Job Description / Responsibility
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for industrial coal sales.
  • Visit existing and prospective clients regularly to generate sales.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
  • Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Follow up on customer payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Travel extensively across Bangladesh for client visits and business development when required.

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline.
  • Educational qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 24 to 38 years
  • Additional Requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh.
  • A valid motorcycle driving license will be considered an added advantage.
