Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
To lead the Quality Assurance function by ensuring products consistently meet buyer requirements, international quality standards and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement, reducing defects and supporting on-time delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department to achieve company quality objectives.
Develop, implement and maintain quality assurance systems, policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards, product specifications and regulatory requirements.
Monitor quality performance across the fabric manufacturing production process.
Analyze quality data, identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework and customer complaints.
Lead customer audits, factory evaluations and quality-related visits.
Develop, train and mentor quality teams to improve technical knowledge and performance.
Ensure effective implementation of quality tools, and standard operating practices.
Prepare and review quality reports, KPIs and management dashboards for performance monitoring.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
MBA or professional certification in Quality Management System will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Additional Job Requirements

Sound understanding of international buyer quality expectations and fabric manufacturing processes.
Experience in export-oriented denim fabric manufacturing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet shipment deadlines.
Strong integrity, accountability and result-oriented mindset.
