Job Description / Responsibility
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
  • Develop new dealers and distributors and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Increase sales and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
  • Prepare and implement regional sales plans and market development strategies.
  • Conduct regular market visits and provide technical and commercial support to customers.
  • Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports to management.

Educational Requirements
  • Master of Science (MSc)
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)
  • Bachelor`s degree in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Animal Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Bachelor`s degree & MBA will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fisheries

Additional Job Requirements
  • Age 30 to 40 years
  • Only Male
  • 5–7 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Feed, Agro Inputs, or Animal Health industries will be given preference.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and dealer management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
