Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Overview
- Goldsands Group — a leading hospitality and real estate developer operating Best Western Plus Bay Hills, Bay Sands, Bay Marina, Bay Bridge and Grand Padma Resort — is looking for a highly skilled Visualizer, Motion Graphics Designer & Video Editor with strong hands-on command of AI-powered creative tools.
- This is a high-output role. The selected candidate will produce motion graphics, video content, AI-generated visuals and static assets for daily campaigns across all Group brands. We are looking for someone who can combine traditional design and editing craft with modern AI workflows — AI video generation, AI voice-over, AI motion and AI-assisted design tools — to deliver premium-quality content at high volume and speed.
- Job Responsibilities
- Motion Design & Animation
- Create motion posters, animated post formats and kinetic typography for social media engagement.
- Design and animate 2D elements, logo animations, transitions and graphic overlays.
- Apply modern effects and animation techniques to make content stand out across platforms.
- Video Editing & Production
- Edit recorded footage with professional-grade motion graphics, transitions, colour grading and sound design.
- Produce short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-format) for digital marketing campaigns and promotional use.
- Maintain a polished, premium look consistent with brand standards across all output.
- AI-Powered Content Creation
- Generate video content using AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora, Veo or equivalent).
- Produce AI voice-overs and narration in Bangla and English (ElevenLabs, HeyGen or equivalent).
- Use AI motion and animation tools to speed up production without compromising quality.
- Apply AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Canva AI, Leonardo) for concept development, asset generation and rapid iteration.
- Stay current with emerging AI creative tools and integrate them into the daily production workflow.
- Social Media & Poster Design
- Design creative, eye-catching posters for daily social media posts across all Group brands.
- Develop graphics aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
- Group-Wide Design Support
- Deliver design and video projects for all companies under the Goldsands umbrella — logos, flyers, brochures, banners and digital collateral for properties and developments.
- Support internal and external campaign requirements as needed.
- Delivery Capability
- Manage and deliver a high volume of daily creative output across multiple brands simultaneously.
- Meet tight campaign deadlines without compromising quality or brand consistency.
- Handle rapid turnaround requests and last-minute campaign changes independently.

Additional Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics, video editing and social media design
- Expert-level command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong fundamentals in 2D animation, motion design principles and colour grading
- Practical working experience with AI creative tools — AI video generation, AI voice generation, AI motion tools and AI-assisted design platforms (Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney or equivalent)
- Ability to produce and deliver high-volume daily creative output across multiple brands
- Capable of handling tight deadlines, rapid turnaround requests and last-minute campaign changes independently
- Solid understanding of platform-specific formats, aspect ratios and current content trends for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Knowledge of Figma, DaVinci Resolve, Blender or Cinema 4D will be considered an added advantage
- Basic understanding of hospitality, real estate or lifestyle brand communication will get preference
- Applicants from advertising agencies, digital marketing agencies, hotel, resort or real estate backgrounds will get preference
- Portfolio or showreel submission is mandatory — must include both edited video work and AI-generated samples.
- Applications without work samples will not be considered
- Good communication skills in Bangla and English
- Must be able to work full-time from our Gulshan Office
- Expert-level command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Proven practical experience with AI creative tools — AI video generation, AI voice generation, AI motion tools and AI-assisted design platforms.
- Strong 2D animation and motion design fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high daily output across multiple brands.
- Knowledge of Figma, Blender, Cinema 4D or DaVinci Resolve will be an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of platform-specific formats, aspect ratios and content trends.
- Portfolio or showreel mandatory — must include both traditional and AI-generated work samples.
