Job Description / Responsibility

Hotel La Vinci Ltd. is a renowned hospitality organization committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are currently seeking passionate, energetic, and dedicated professionals to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall daily operations of the hotel.
Ensure excellent guest service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, Security, and other operational departments.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
Recruit, train, and develop hotel employees.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with department heads to achieve business objectives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the hotel.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Honest, hardworking, and responsible
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hotel operations.
At least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication in English and Bangla.
Knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar systems).
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
