Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – IT (Software & Hardware) with prior experience in a hotel or resort to join our team at our 4-Star Boutique Hotel in Cox's Bazar.
Install and maintain IT hardware, software, servers, and network systems.
Ensure smooth operation of LAN/Wi-Fi across the hotel premises.
Provide technical support for all IT equipment and end users with ERP software related issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Manage and support hotel systems (PMS, POS, booking platforms).
Monitor network security, data protection, and system backups.
Maintain CCTV, IP cameras, and access control systems.
Perform regular data backup and ensure recovery readiness.
Coordinate with vendors for IT support, maintenance, and services.
Maintain IT documentation, reports, and support pre-opening setup & system upgrades.
Job Location Cox’s Bazar.

Educational Requirements

Diploma
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Diploma in CSE
B.Sc. in CSE will be preferable

Experience Requirements

5 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Hotel, Motel, Resort

Additional Job Requirements

Age 27 to 35 years
Only Male
Excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
Non-smoker will get priority.
Capable to serve under pressure.
Dedicated, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Polite with fervent attitude.
