Job Description / Responsibility

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Shef (Multi Cuisine) with at least 10-15 years of experience in the hotel or resort industry to join our team at our 4-Star Boutique Hotel in Cox's Bazar.
Plan, prepare, and supervise the production of authentic Bangladeshi, Indian, and Chinese cuisine while maintaining consistent food quality and presentation.
Develop and update menus, seasonal specials, and signature dishes that enhance guest satisfaction and support revenue growth.
Supervise kitchen staff by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing training, and ensuring compliance with kitchen SOPs.
Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and served in accordance with hotel recipes, portion standards, and quality specifications.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness in compliance with HACCP principles and hotel policies.
Monitor food costs, inventory, purchasing, and stock rotation to minimize waste and achieve departmental cost control targets.
Coordinate with the Food & Beverage, Purchasing, and Stewarding departments to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.
Handle guest dietary requirements, food allergies, and special meal requests while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Inspect kitchen equipment, report maintenance requirements, and ensure the safe use and proper care of all kitchen assets.
Prepare production reports, inventory records, and food cost analyses while continuously improving kitchen operations, menu offerings, and culinary standards.
Job Location in Cox’s Bazar.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Hotel Management
Graduation in Hotel Management will get priority

Experience Requirements

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort, Motel, Restaurant

Additional Job Requirements

Age 40 to 50 years
Only Male
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Senior Chef role.
Excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
Must be a non-smoker.
Capable to serve under pressure.
Dedicated, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Polite with fervent attitude.
